Christine Handy is one of the most inspirational women around; she started off her career as a model but developed breast cancer. Instead of shrivelling away, she fought it, beat it and then designed her own swimwear line for other survivors! She now studies at Harvard and modelled her own line in New York’s Fashion Week! Her aim is to bring up women and inspire them everywhere. A truly inspirational listen for anyone, whether you identify as female or not. Christine is also: - a best-selling author of the book Walk Beside Me which is in its second publishing. - on the board of Ebeauty - a National charitable wig exchange program for women who cannot afford wigs during treatment. - the President of the board of People of Purpose - a Non-profit organization in Palm Beach County organized to change the rate of recidivism. Christine’s story is in production to become a film called Willow the feature film written and directed by Ziad Hamzeh. Christine lives in Miami Fl, travels the globe to speak to wide audiences and is working on her next novel but her real joy comes from serving and teaching others.
