Young, aimed at millennials
Being mindful of this being someone’s memoir I found this at hard times to listen to. It wasn’t the content about terrible thoughts, the feelings that these thoughts created or suicide, it was the way it was presented. It felt very young, as if Honor had been overindulged. I wish there had been more content about the experiences in episode 6 where she was coming out of the down. There being no reveal of the “diagnosis” she was given as it felt like a tease.

This is the most moving and simultaneously heartbreaking and uplifting podcast of the year. Heavy, and difficult at times, but brilliant.
