My son died from depression and this podcast helped me feel less alone. She tells her story so perfectly and describes how difficult it is to get the help that so many desperately need. Thank you for your transparency and for putting yourself out there. I love this podcast.

This is a great podcast that portrays mental health issues with verisimilitude and heart, not shying away from the hard discussions. Nothing is sugar coated, but it is all presented in a relatable and accessible form. If you have big feelings and they’ve been causing you pain, this can make you...Read full review »

This is a fantastically honest insight into the ridiculous craziness that can be/is so overwhelmingly hard to understand (for oneself) let alone try to explain it so others can understand, comprehend and support us through the madness.

This podcast is a piece of art made out of existential despair, funny voices, laughing through crying and other sweet and precious sounds. So skillfully made! I really can’t recommend it enough! A wonderfully mesmerizing story about a journey through feelings.

This is the most moving and simultaneously heartbreaking and uplifting podcast of the year. Heavy, and difficult at times, but brilliant.

A touching and beautiful look at the mental health system. How badly we are letting these people down. The poetic way honour tells her story is entertaining, fun but miserable all at once. Well done honour, thanks for sharing such personal details with us to help us understand.

Where can I download the track on 60,000 thoughts? I really empathise with HONOR. What she has done here with her boyfriend is very brave. I hope they find the courage in HONOR to go through her emotions to understand that this voice was hers, dictated by a sick societal upbringing. More power to...Read full review »

I have long suffered with generalised anxiety disorder and this podcast was a journey for me with you Honor. I laughed with you and I cried with you but most of all you validated the feelings I have had that I have not always been able to articulate. Thank you xx

I just discovered this podcast today and listened to the whole lot in one go... I wanted to listen to it to help give me some insight into a friend whom is going through a really hard time right now and I discovered so much about the ebbs and flows of mental illness, relating to a lot of it also...Read full review »

Being mindful of this being someone’s memoir I found this at hard times to listen to. It wasn’t the content about terrible thoughts, the feelings that these thoughts created or suicide, it was the way it was presented. It felt very young, as if Honor had been overindulged. I wish there had been...Read full review »

Thank you Honor for your beautifully honest memoir. Only listened to one ep - zero - but seems and feels meandering to me. Different bits of audio come in and out, am not sure of the context, who is speaking and why. You can definitely listen to it this way. For me, there’s more to it. It’s more like a story about what it’s like to have profound life experiences in a world that calls them mental illness. And the limitations of this. And it’s more than a story. It’s as close to ‘walk a mile in my shoes’ as...Read full review »
