Pros: - Great tips for simple vegan training meals (apple juice, dates, etc.) - Credibility! Brendan is a name your audience knows well Cons: - Quality of recording. Uneven volumes from each microphone. I would have loved to hear about sample meals for the Thrive Foods Direct. It may have given me ideas to tryout!

I really like this podcast. I think the focused Q&A format is a really good format and I enjoyed the interview this week. The hosts bring a lot of personal input but don't pretend to be doctors or anything. They are really positive and respectful.Read full review »
