Came for the games, stayed for the laughs
I listen to Jeff and Ryan while I walk the dog before work in the morning. I started listening after I played the Final Fantasy 7 Remake, because I wanted to experience the original game without having to play a game with PS1 visuals. I’m about 15 episodes in, and now I’m tuning in for the funny conversations, the stupid arguments, the ‘voice acting’, and the cooking. It’s been a tough year for everyone, and listening to two friends playing Final Fantasy VII holed up in a cabin together has been super refreshing - I catch myself grinning on my walk most mornings at some stupid joke. I’m looking forward to more!

Two buds playing old JRPGS. These guys are hilarious and it’s so funny listening to them get super frustrated with these old games. Keep it up!

As a fan of FF, this has become one of my favorite podcasts. It takes me back to high school when my friends would pass the controller back and forth, play for hours, and have deep, existential banter while playing JRPGs.

These guys have a true talent for podcasting. Their entire podcast is laid out in a documentary format where they play the games and the review their experiences. Five stars all around.
