Would love to hear a conversation from the perspective of a middle-of-the pack runner(s), like myself. It’s such a different race experience and perspective. I've worked with Elites through my job but run with the masses in my Marathons. Stories in the field can be hilarious. A lot happens out there that the front runners never get to see or hear.
Elites, SuperShoes, Testing, Trials, Predictions, Stats…all great info. Love that I’m getting behind and learning about new runners. It’s great the controversial conversations you touch on without degrading the sport. Keep doing what your doing. I’ll be running Boston 2025…Des will finish, the race will be over and you’ll both be completing the recap podcast when I cross two hours later..🤭😉
Great job on NYC Des. Saw you at the Queensboro Bridge. I was a Volunteer Course Marshall at the entrance of the bridge.
