On Election Day, Question #2 in Massachusetts easily passed. Medical loss ratio (MLR) is a hot topic right now but what is it and will the bill have the desired effect on the market? Time will tell.  Also, debridement is a hot topic nowadays. I know, exciting! The code is being tweaked for 2023.
