Addicted to the musical tones and soft dulcet conversation
I'm not sure if this was intended, but after listening to a few episodes I start hearing the opening sound and the host's soothing tones and feel less stressed. Rediscovering what the night means to others, and myself reminds me of what I've lost living in a city. Not every episode has left me wanting more, but enough have (5 out of 7 to date) to rate this as It's good. It's really, really good (not great, but dangit, there's always room for improvement). Give this a try... and make sure you listen through several episodes. Preferably back to back, but maybe not at night in bed - its not boring, and it's not a downer, but the relaxation that sneaks up on you can easily put a sleep deprived individual into sleep.
