Love the podcast, in particular, Episode 4.
This podcast is awesome. It's refreshing to listen to a podcast (especially at 4am while I am diligently working away) that respects, appreciates and celebrates the night. As a nocturnal person, I am especially grateful for episode 4 which helps to normalize being a "night owl." I addition to an awesome podcast concept, Vanessa's voice is perfect, the pace is just right, and the audio quality is great. Episode 4 resonates with me because I have been a nocturnal animal for many years. I have battled against it, with only negative results. SO many people do not understand, and many have accused me of being lazy, agoraphobic, or suffering from crippling social anxiety just because I tend to sleep during the day. I'm a little concerned that there is mention of this type of schedule being a sleep disorder, however I'm pleased that the episode shows that people who are "night owls" are not all criminals, depressed shift workers, or suffering from mental illness. In case you didn't know, those types of people populate daytime hours too!!!Read full review »
