“I recently discovered Kelli's podcast and am listening to an episode every day and it is really helping me feel better, I love that it is so science based and that Kelli and guest presenter Erica have such a great sense of humour. I have been able to totally relate to them and their experiences which has allowed me to lighten up and laugh at myself and not take my anxiety so seriously, which I realise has been a lot of the problem! I feel like they really do get to the nub of each topic in each episode so feel I am learning new helpful information each time. They are such great hosts they make me as if I've found some friends who understand exactly what I am going through, and who want to help me.
