I learned about the podcast through the Flex Diet certification course and I have to say this is one of the best podcast on nutrition and health out there. The guest are great and they explain the topics in depth, so you can actually implement it into your diet or training program. Michael does a great job of explaining topics and he explains the pros and cons of some of the research out there.

I have known Mike for years and haven even had the honor of being coached by him. I consider him to be one of the most reliable sources of health, fitness and performance information out there. I also love his delivery and his sense of humor. One of my favorite podcasts!
