“I love history, but have always struggled to make sense of the Tudor Period as there is just so much material to sift through. These podcasts have made it all fall into place with super interesting topics and fantastic interviews. It has been my favorite podcast for quite a while now. Love the diversity of topics as well. A podcast I would like to hear would be one on banking, specifically how did Henry VIII do his ‘banking’? How was his money managed? Did he borrow a lot, what incomes did he have. Did they hold money at court? Who paid the bills. Essentially, how was the royal purse managed? My list could go on… it’s a topic I’ve always wanted to know about in depth. Can you help?”
