Fabulous content but they speak too quickly. UPDATE
***It’s only fair that I update my review, particularly when the circumstances involve one of my most spectacular blonde moments to date. Let me be clear, I’m not a dumb girl. Far from it…I’m an attorney with several additional masters level course under my belt. I can…despite it all…have my extreme ditzy moments. (Think of someone trying to get out of the car with their seatbelt still on). This, dear readers, is one of those moments. I was frustrated because the podcast was like a 45 record being played at 78. Well, there’s a reason behind that. I had it on double speed. I had no idea that was even possible. Clearly, it is. Dr. Lipscomb, please accept my apologies. I hope you are laughing as hard as I did once I realized what I’d done. *** I struggled with leaving a 3 star review. I LOVE Dr. Lipscomb and read/watch anything I can that she has written or appeared in. I’ll never stop. I can always understand her perfectly. While the content of these podcasts is amazing, they speak so quickly that I can’t digest the information. It has nothing to do with accents or nationalities of the presenters. Even the American professors she has had on the show speak like auctioneers. Please...can we slow down the speed? I suspect it springs from trying to get substantive information into a 30 minute episode. I love them but I’d like to hear more than 60% of what is being said.

This is my new favorite podcast! I’ve followed Prof Lipscomb for years and am so happy she’s launched a podcast. Great guests, fascinating topics. Very insightful. I listen on my morning walks. Looking forward to more episodes.

I love this podcast. I have degrees in English and history, and I feel so smart after I listen to an episode! Lol. It’s such a treat!
