“When you’ve paid an annual subscription for Poppy’s Happy Not Perfect app only to find it’s no longer working and the platforms “help” email address bounces back , thats something that doesn’t help the unwinding process.
The fact that the apps Instagram feed hasn’t been updated since Summer adds to the impression that Poppy’s done a virtual runner from the app , without telling any of the multitude of customers who’ve invested in an annual subscription that it’s no longer functioning.
That would be poor behaviour from any businessperson but from one who claims to be a wellness and mental health advocate it’s particularly cynical and disappointing.”
