John Lennon took the Daily Mail.
Reasonably diverting, but the tiny-bit-too-smug-for-their-boots presenters - listen carefully, it *is* actually two different guys - have crossed the line into sneering, of late, familiarity having seemingly bred contempt for a subject most of their listeners presumably - y’know - do actually like and even love. Should the cheap cracks, ‘knowing’ insider tone, historical grievances and weird digs at anyone and anything they don’t like all become too much, there are tons of other, fabber pods out there, thankfully. Oh, and the Daily Mail is a proper newspaper, and its journalists professionals - some think it’s the self-satisfied, self-inflated ‘expert’ fanboy amateurs that are actually polluting the culture. Peace and love, you b*st*rds, as a great man once said … ✌🏼
