Georgia Counties Ordered to Certify Election Results; Trump Turns Townhall Into Concert
Listen now
Description
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney ruled Tuesday that county election officials in Georgia must certify election results. The judge ruled that election board members should be able to receive any documents and information they need in order to inspect elections as long as those documents are allowed to be disclosed, but that officials could not refuse to certify results simply for not having received those documents. Former President Donald Trump turned his town hall in Pennsylvania into an impromptu concert on Monday night, after the event was interrupted twice due to medical emergencies in the crowd. He sat down for an interview with the Economic Club of Chicago and Bloomberg News on Tuesday, before heading to Georgia to campaign.
