A Colorado man has filed the first lawsuit against McDonald’s related to the recent E. coli outbreak linked to the company's quarter pounders. The lawsuit accuses McDonald’s of product liability, negligence, and breach of implied warranties. Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced another $135 million in aid to the Palestinians on Thursday. He was in Doha to meet with Qatari officials who have been key mediators for Hamas, as the United States struggles to break the logjam of cease-fire negotiations between Israel and the terrorist group.
