Harris's campaign said her speech is designed to lay out her vision for the future. Longtime Trump ally Steve Bannon was released from prison early Tuesday after serving a four-month sentence for defying a subpoena from the now-defunct House Jan. 6 Committee. Bannon returned to his podcast and online show, saying he was focused on helping Trump win the presidential election.
