One of the key indicators of maturity in Christ is dependence on Him and fellow believers. Quite opposite to how the world would view maturity.  

Hebrews 12:15 teaches that believers are to look after each other so we don't fail to receive the Grace of God. This teaching gives us some practical handles on how to do that.

Believers constantly find themselves in a battle. Knowing what and who your enemy is (flesh or spirit) will enable you to walk in the victory Christ has already assured and gained for us. 

According to Romans 12, God has give each believer something special that he wants us to use for the growth and health of His body. Without it, without you, the body grows weak and ineffective for the expansion of His kingdom. 

The Church IS the Body of Christ. The function of a body is to express the desires of the head. How are we doing as a church with this? How do we do it better?

The word of God clearly calls believers to growth... To the point where we measure up to the standard of Christ. But how do we grow our faith? 

Jesus gives his disciples the hardest new commandment to prove that they are His followers. Love one another as I loved you. Is this too hard for us? Certainly, from a human perspective it is. But... He has loved us first with this love and given us His special kind of  love to have for others. Listen in to our message. Most of us go to church every Sunday and spend a lot of time in fellwship with believers of the same community. But do we stop think WHY the Church is so important to God? If we can answer this question, we will also realise WHY it is important for Church to be what God intended her to be. 

Do you know how hungry you are? When we gain an understanding of what it is our souls are actually yearning for, we will come to realise that anything but GOD will leave us wanting...

Do you realise that God is after your heart?  Not your service or even obedience is more important to God than having you close and intimate with Him. Why? Because HE DESIRES YOU!
