Kinhboy

Description
This week’s hunt for the best food in Sydney took us to the main street of Redfern and whilst you might walk past the small neon sign, this venue is not to be missed. Kinhboy is another brainchild from the beautiful people who brought us Marble in Barangaroo and Tokki in Surry Hills. This time with a Vietnamese twist. Head chef Peter Wu, who hails from Sunset Sabi and Phomo, has given us his own spin with this “Vietary” trying to fuse together the way Australian’s like to eat with traditional flavors. Walking into the long sleek venue you pass another neon pink sign with the words “pho king amazing” and the playfulness begins. This is followed by a colourful, Asian inspired fruity cocktail list with some natural wine and local craft beer. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
