Description
A player with a decade of top-flight experience under her belt, Amy Turner is a stalwart of the Spurs Women's squad who has proved people wrong throughout her career. Growing up in Yorkshire, Amy discusses being the only girl in the boys league before joining Sheffield Wednesday's academy - despite her allegiance to Sheffield United - and going on to make her FA Women’s Premier League debut for Doncaster Rovers Belles at just 16 years of age. In a fascinating career which started with a move to the United States to chase her dream of turning pro and culminated in making her Lionesses debut in 2015, you can hear all about Amy's footballing journey as well as listen to the defender open up for the first time about playing in a team alongside her wife, reveal who the jokers are in the changing room, working with Bethany England and her support for the Club's efforts in sustainability.
