“Have been really loving this podcast particularly the selection of interviewees. I do however find it is slightly spoilt by Alison interrupting throughout the interviews and always drawing whatever is said back to herself. Especially when a really interesting answer is about to be given and it gets interrupted! Will continue to listen as am immensely enjoying these and hope this ‘constructive criticism’ is ok!”

“Alison is soo authentic, raw and real with her guests on her podcast. Soo calming and beautiful to listen to. Soo much wisdom and emotion. It’s soo refreshing to hear people be honest and real about social media and body image as it is such a disturbing subject that is brushed under the carpet.”
