Satisfying my curiosity!
Great show! I finally get to learn what goes on in these fringe groups’ meetings, and what kinds of people participate! There are a lot of irrational claims being made by various groups, but Carrie and Ross do a good job of remaining respectful. If they can’t say anything supportive of the belief system, they at least go out of their way to defend and be kind to the believers. I can see how if you were the group under investigation it might seem a bit hurtful to hear yourself and your beliefs being scrutinized and often chuckled over. However, no one can live in a bubble and if you truly believe what you claim, then expect to defend it. Also, try to be open minded and hear what non-believers might have to say. It can’t hurt to hear what evidence is out there either way.
