Description
Happy New Year 2024! We are wishing you all a gentle, peaceful, nourishing start to a year full of blessings. And what better way than to introduce you to Anuradha Gupta, a NAMACB Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, who is also an engineer with an MBA. Her great-grandmother was a Vaidya and Midwife in India, and fought for the survival of Ayurveda during the British rule. A passionate and influential advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, Anu serves as a board member of her local chapter of the oldest LGBTQ+ organization in U.S., and volunteers for Art of Living, as a contributor to its mission of promoting peace through meditation. She also happens to be a classmate of Sasha's in the Ayurveda Doctor program at Kerala Ayurveda Academy, which is how Sasha and Anu first met. It is such a joy to bring friends, colleagues and classmates to Ojas Oasis, as you will  hear the smile in Sasha's voice. In today’s conversation, Anu and Sasha explore the many reasons Ayurveda is especially relevant in today’s modern world. You can find Anu on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
