Amazing
I love the connection between the three of you and the honesty. As someone who lost their mother to suicide and going through my own addiction journey (9 years sober) I love that your talking about it, my hope is to remove the stigma around addiction and mental health. I don’t think anyone said when they were 10, when I grow up I want to be Addict. It is a disease, we stand by someone who is diagnosed with cancer but we do not stand by someone who is struggling with mental health issues or addiction issues. Or as myself it is my secret because of the shame and embarrassment of anyone knowing the truth. For any Addict out there I hope you walk through the rooms and find a chair to start your journey to recovery.

Three people that you’d never think would be doing a podcast together yet somehow it works! Enjoyed the conversation and look forward to seeing where this goes. Randy Spelling left Hollywood and is leading a totally normal existence as a life coach - refreshing !

However I can agree with another review on here with Brian talking too much, and the gossiping about other people that might not be necessary or maybe state that you’ve received permission to...Read full review »
