“The best aspect of On One with Angela Rye is that we get to see Angela Rye'sinterview skills and political knowlege beyond her role on CNN, where she is limited to soundbites and one-liners that too often undermine the vastness and depth of her intellectual range and experience.
She is very keen on virtually all subjects that intersect with politics, pop culture, sports and the black experience. Do appreciate how she magnifies the voices of black female voices and gives listeners a chance hear more in-depth, insider-baseball-type angles on subjects we can't really understand in mainstream outlets.
