Up to the Challenge
Doing a podcast sounds like fun, until you HAVE to do it every week or so and come up with something new, informative, and entertaining to boot. Pilar & Co. have succeeded, but not without that pesky learning curve... This is a revision of an earlier review I posted about 8 months ago. WOW, what an improvement! Gone is most of the drunken banter, in-jokes, and incessant giggling amongst the host and guests. Pilar is a top-notch consultant. Knows a lot and has good advice to share. She and co-host/producer Matt seemed to have hit their stride. Now I glean at least one fresh new (and usable!) tip each podcost as well as hear a cogent discussion amongst working professionals on a pertinent or timely issue of keen interest to screenwriters. Great job guys. Keep it up.
