Some big milestones have been hit over the last few weeks. I quickly cover them along with the 34 mile run I did a few weeks ago and the 4x4x24 challenge that Ellis Rushford and I did.
The upcoming interviews are going to be great and I'm excited to start prepping for them. MST 50 is this weekend and it is my first ultramarathon. I had big goals for the race, but they have slightly changed. Listen in to learn more!

Episode 7!
Running a marathon is hard enough. Running a marathon in all 50 states is next level! Lucas Prillaman has 10 down and 40 to go. Listening to him speak about running and seeing his Race Log excel document already has me pumped up for my next race.
Time flew by recording this episode. It’s hard to beat a conversation with someone who’s so passionate about something.
I’ve learned a lot from Lucas and will continue to look to him for advice in the future.
