UNVEILING THE MASK

Description
Hi there, I took the opportunity to speak on a traumatic part of my past. It's quite ironic how much baggage we allow ourselves to carry along with blaming ourselves for traumas we couldn't have prevented. I hope my fragility and openness will be understood and also be an opener that outward appearances doesn't always mean someone is happy. One must take their mental health seriously. Don't allow black cultural ignorance be the reason you don't seek help, nor share how you truly feel. Just because no one can heal or do your inner work for you, doesn't mean you CAN , SHOULD or NEED do it alone. Judge less, you'll never know what people are struggling with and how much more they are able to manage. Be thoughtful and thorough with those you socialise with. Observe and intervene if you are able to. The strongest people are those who win battles we know not about. MAKE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH A PRIOTY . If I can do it, so can you :)
