It's well organized and they have a great format which provides great commentary and insight into each episodes. They recap the episode while analyzing the theories behind the story line. The hosts are also a bunch of Losties so they don't miss a thing. They also catch any Lost references that might pop up. The interaction with the listeners is top notch. Don't miss any of the live chats! You can chat with other fans as you watch them record a live podcast which they do every Sunday right after an episode has aired in what they call intial reactions. Then on Wednesdays they do a longer episode where they go more indepth. These podcasts keep you going from week to week as you wait for the next episode to air!
