Very Very Very Basic! Not OK for serious learners.
Case and Point Lesson 9: They are trying to teach you how to say that you are not feeling well in english and they are using the word "fac" which is translated "make" and they are sayig that in response to "ce faci" if you are not feeling well you should say "fac rau". Uh, no because that actually means " I make bad", obviously someone would get the messege that you are not doing well, but this is not the correct way. A more clear response would be " nu ma simt prea bine, din cauza caci ..." It is way more complicated than that because in Romanian you can't just ask people " how are you" like in english. To do this would at times be out of place. There is however, specific versions of " ce faci " are can be asked in specific situations that elicit specific responses.Read full review »
