To eat or Not to eat
David is an exceptional nutritionist and provides great insight! Being a person who has been on some form of a diet most of my adult life, I always had a list of those foods that I can eat and those I cannot eat. David helped me understand that no food is off limits and how paying attention to my bodies hunger signals allows me to eat whatever I want. This has had an significant impact on my relationship with food and I could not have done it without David. I look forward to learning more through his podcasts!

I love David's message of optimizing health One Small Bite at a time. Our brain doesn't like change and we can't rely on willpower. But we can convince the brain (and us) by making small incremental changes towards healthier eating which is easier and more sustainable.Read full review »
