“This programme was absolutely fascinating with many perfect descriptions of the quest to find the fledglings in the nest. Not so keen on the vision of a cigar smoking spider though but it did make me laugh! I live in Bulgaria and when I first came here from the uk I strung up peanuts for the birds. My Bulgarian neighbour asked me if Bulgarian birds knew about peanuts. Turned out they didn’t have a clue!”
