“This is your first best step into the healing and self-awareness journey. Or the great continuation if you are already in the topic.
This podcast is easy to understand yet mind-blowing. It is well-done, well-researched, and based on facts and experiences. If you wonder whether you should listen to this podcast or skip it - listen to it! Let these amazing experts save you money, make you wonder, and help you understand the nature of relationships.
I have come to the point where I couldn't live with my anxious-attachment style anymore. In addition, I have been an overachiever and unkind to myself most of the time. Wondering how to start that “healing journey”, I found this podcast. And so I got my answers, and so my life changed. I feel good about myself, cope with problems better, and, finally, I am self-aware while building relationships. I have always known intuitively what is right for me, but now I can explain why it is like that from a phycological perspective.
Listen to it. Give it a try. It works.”Read full review »
