A great progression from Fitness in Post
I started listening to 'Fitness in Post' because I was beginning to feel like I was losing my creativity and I thought it was health related. I wanted to see how I could improve my health and creativity working as an editor and also have a better work-life balance. I use it like a bible and it has so many good tips and bio hacks to help me improve my life. Optimize yourself takes it to the next level. I'm learning more about sleep, health, food as well as all the great tips for working within the creative industry. The show notes are great if you want a quick reference also. I cannot recommend it enough. Zack is so knowledgable and has such a passion for making yourself better, especially working in the creative industry. He has great guests on his podcasts who are experts in their fields. I urge you to have a listen and change the way you live.
