Two contrasting but equally intelligent hosts who clearly like & respect each other. . There is wit, sarcasm, pathos, intellect, information and swearing. Subjects closer to the UK or the serious are the best source of entertainment & insight. Those regarding our cousins, tend towards...Read full review »

Thoughtful, clever and deeply researched insights into stuff we all thought we knew but turns out not so much. Full of laughter and a touch of needle between the fellas. A few too many Americans and Americanisms but that’s being picky.

I
Love the podcast - can’t live without it! Btw, it would be great if you could do an episode on Self-Help Guru, Tony Robbins. Cheers, James

Grown discussion on a mix of fascinating topics, some very topical and some subjects from the past. Lots of research has gone into the apparently effortlessly erudite and witty conversations. I like the fact that it isn’t a compilation of recordings and excerpts but just the two slapheads...Read full review »

I absolutely love these podcasts from Dorian and Ian. The most recent on gaslighting is particularly enlightening as I was ignorant of so much of the background to the use of this term. Thanks.

Marvellous podcast. Brilliantly researched and presented. I’m also here for the laughter and jolly sweary conversation. In fact I’m writing this review simply because some utter cabbage left a review saying that he/she/they objected to the laughter, and another wet tea towel objected to the...Read full review »

Is there any chance you could release your Left, Right, and Wrong piece as a free episode? I’m not keen to pay for it (sorry) but I know it will be of your usual high standard, so I’ve given it a 5-star review 🙂

To Ian and Dorian my heartfelt thanks for this podcast. It is informative, amusing, contextual and compelling. One of the latest episodes, stop the war, is a forensic analysis of the immoral left that views the world in binary terms, acts in its own imperialistic ways. Seeing that only “They”...Read full review »

This podcast is informative, entertaining and soothing in equal measure. One of my favourite podcasts- the sparks that come of the chemistry and the intellectual duelling between Ian and Dorian are just a delight to listen to.

I can simply say this is one of the best podcasts around. I can’t even begin to wonder how much prep goes into each one but the level of detail and understanding is fantastic. A big thank you to both Ian, Dorian and the team for this. It has helped me wrap my head around a number of complicated,...Read full review »

Not come across this before and thought a two-parter about Keynes might be interesting. Gave up after the first minutes of sweary content-free laddishness. I suppose it might get better but I decided I couldn’t risk the time wasted to find out.

This is just left-wing commentary from two British guys, period. Nothing wrong with that per se, just don't call it "Origin Story".Read full review »

Been a big fan of Ian ‘Fxxking’ Dunt for a few years, since Remainiacs. The episodes on Churchill, McCarthy and Rand especially good, but best is the episode on Atheism. I think that as they explore, they are genuinely surprised by their findings. Hugely recommended.

The programme is exactly why we have podcasts. Not just innane drivel from comedians talking to each other or the same set of interview questions under a slightly different kooky premise, but we'll researched and balanced discussion about important topics. Super informative and nuanced.Read full review »

I always listen to this as soon as it becomes available . It’s important & insightful, backed by research and laced with acerbic wit and occasional hilarity. Everything I look for in a podcast. Loved these guys on OGWN etc, but really enjoy the deep dives they do on this show, yet again proving that the long form and thoughtful is a far better medium than the shirt pithy sound bite laden shows. Loved the Ayn Rand and Churchill eps specifically
