“I knew this would be good as Dorian and Ian are so entertaining and incisive on the “Oh God, What Now?” podcast - but this was even better than I expected. Their history of McCarthyism had surprises at every turn - so much of what I thought I understood has just been turned upside down. Relating McCarthy to the present day was fascinating - his continuing influence (no spoilers!) and how a misunderstanding of his process has been perpetuated by both Right and Left. Brilliant!”

“Loved these guys on OGWN etc, but really enjoy the deep dives they do on this show, yet again proving that the long form and thoughtful is a far better medium than the shirt pithy sound bite laden shows. Loved the Ayn Rand and Churchill eps specifically”
