“Otaku Spirit Animecast is a very enjoyable podcast in general, let alone among animé podcasts. Andrew and Chris have great chemistry together (not always true amongst siblings), and as others have mentioned here, they are infectious with their enthusiasm for all the elements of animé that make this art form unique, including artwork, music, and voice acting, for example. They are like the "Car Talk" of animé; sometimes one will start laughing at something the other said, and I cannot help but crack up as well. Also, these two hosts are not dismissive about types of animé that are simply fun or cute or entertaining, nor of the fans of such. Finally, these podcasts _sound_ very professional: I am not versed in audio production, but these podcasts sound to me to be very clean and crisp with consistent sound levels and bright, clear sound (unlike other podcasts that frequently suffer from poor sound editing or audio control). I really look forward to these podcasts!”Read full review »
