(Meme):I’m not crying-you’re crying
I just listened to the first episode and I literally teared up. This particular episode with Sir David Attenborough, who has influenced my opinions of the world since Planet Earth aired quite a while ago, just broke my heart listening to what he said... And overall, this podcast, what you three are trying to do, I am more than grateful and thankful... I’ve been shamed for being an “angry feminist” since I was about 12... I’ve always been outraged by issues that I care about: climate included. And it feels me with energy to hear that some of the most influential people agree with me that outrage is not only appropriate: but useful. But I realise that lately I’ve grown more and more nihilistic and pessimistic, literally constantly scared about the state of the earth, not just angry, but actively scared. But like you said, whether we believe we can or not, either way we’re right. You’ve filled me with optimism. Thank you.

This is very timely. At the point where we are at now, it can be hard to have any optimism, in this postcast we are reminded that we need to have optimism in order to keep going, it is hard road ahead but we need to have hope that we can change things around, positivism is necessary.
