“I really enjoy your podcasts, until you keep going on and on about ‘God’. Please be aware that many, many people consider the word and connotation of ‘God’ as being patriarchal and representative of churches over centuries wishing to control with this always male figure (eg He, never She). The Bible itself was written at a time when woman were considered chattels and unworthy - excepting a Virgin! If only you would simply adjust your language to Spirit or Universe which is open and encompassing of all faiths. I am a spiritual person myself, but find the word ‘God’ grating on my nerves and then turn off. I found the same with your book. A real shame. Kathryn”
