Beautifully crafted and compelling
Each of us has a story, and each of our families have multiple stories. But few families have a writer with the talent and soul of David Modigliani who can bring together the threads of generations of his family and weave them into a tapestry for the ages. How many of us know the story of the Jewish community in Italy leading up to and during World War II? How many of us have a grandfather who rose from an immigrant to a Nobel prize winner? This podcast integrates, in an incredibly creative and compelling way, a family story into the broader history that so profoundly shaped it during the 20th century. I highly recommend it.

Riveting work here from David Modigliani. Such a touching story, and an incredibly important part of our world’s history to recount at this time. I cannot wait to hear more of this story.

This podcast gives so much detail into the wider historical context, while still enveloping the listener in David’s family’s personal experience. David’s voice is easy to listen to, and I always want to hear more!! Excellent.
