I’ve been listening to Greg and Ethan since the very early days of the podcast in 2010. It’s a shame I’m only writing this review in 2018. I have nothing but respect for you guys for doing what you do for the community. Too much networking will, indeed, never be enough.

I recently starting consistenly listening to the suite of shows provided by packet pushers everyday for the past 3 weeks during my commute. I even give some episodes a second or third listen. Everything about these shows are detailed and thorough, even the show notes. Thank you Packet Pushers for...Read full review »

Funny and in-depth conversations surrounding networking and tech in general. I often wonder if people find it funny that I sometimes smile like an idiot while listening to this podcast in the gym. Keep it up guys!

I've been listening to Packet Pushers since their beginning. I was a server engineer back then. Both Ethan and Greg inspired me a lot and I literally took classes on basics of networking from Packet Pushers. I added their podcasts to my notes. Tried the tricks they would mention in their...Read full review »

Self absorbed host who talks more than his guests. Very anti-cisco. Don't come here if your are looking for a full view of the industry.

I am a long time listener and it was great back in the day. After a while Greg's whining and opinionated rants start to grind your nerves down. I switch off when he talks and subsequently, I don't subscribe to those streams in which he speaks primarily. Ethan and the other guys act more mature...Read full review »

I've been listening to this show for years. I find the insights both interesting and useful at work. For example, I used the shows about various SDWAN vendors as the basis for research that supported the subsequent vendor-selection for a state-wide SD-WAN deployment. That wouldn't have been as...Read full review »

I started to look at networking more with VMware NSX a few years ago. Initially I found it impossible to keep up but this podcast gives me a great understanding of current and future networking news. Keep it up Greg and Ethan!

Not only is this podcast helpful for any employee considering a management role, it's also a reminder that our managers have a tough job. I've been working for the same person for over twenty years and he is one of the main reasons I've stayed and loved my job.

What I love about this podcast is that I get exposure to some of the leading edge networking technology. As someone that is working, on a day to day basis, with technology that is behind the curve this podcast offers a great glimpse of the future.

Great content but you may want to stop insulting people in your viewership who don't have a compsci degree, there are plenty of great engineers out there without one doing just fine. Update: there are also multiple views on things guys, aggravating your guests is not on. It's hard to listen when...Read full review »

The interview with Douglas Comer was the best episode they’ve aired — and what prompted me to write this review. I found the Packet Pushers' podcasts (they're *all* worth checking out, despite a good bit of duplicated content) about a week before my nine-year-long stint as a teleworker was replaced with a 45-minute commute. Listening to the PP back-catalog on the drive hasn't exactly made me *happy* about...Read full review »

This is a great show for keeping up to date with what's happening in the world of IT. This is my favourite podcast - I’m not a networking person - I deal in applications and performance, but the passion that Greg and Ethan have for networking more than bridges the knowledge gap I have - and helps me learn more.
