So educational! I pick up little nuggets of information to try in my day to day wether it’s stress management, macros, timing on working out etc. I enjoy trying out things and seeing how it makes me feel. Thanks for everything you ladies put out there!

Great so literally 😜
I really like the show, but there are some days that I just can’t listen because you both say “literally” way too much, but most days I can listen and it doesn’t bother me, but hey, we all have our days when we’re just a little cranky 😝
