Thanks for covering it all
As a health coach, I am always looking for podcasts that share not only nutrition and exercise, but other aspects of being healthy. Healthy is so much more than what we eat and how much gym time we get in. You cover so many topics that speak to me and my clients including nutrition, gut health, stress reduction and training. I especially appreciate when you recognize that everyone is different. We may have a same base for our nutrition, but some things that work for some people may not work for others.
