Thank you. I feel like I’m back in high school history class but in a much broader and intense context. Please keep up the excellent research and interviews. I want more.

The subject is interesting, and I enjoyed watching Hunters, but i hated the delivery of this podcast. I thought it would be more of like a docuseries, rather than a 6-episode interview. The host interrupts the expert constantly, then the comparisons of Hitler to America’s current government is...Read full review »

how can you talk about actual Nazi scientists while simultaneously comparing trump to Hitler? I know how. If your entire philosophy is being mindless, incompetent, insincere, and hypocritical. Michael Ian Black has gone out of his way to destroy people who use humor to make points he does not...Read full review »

The host is simply terrible. Why use a comedian who acknowledges he doesn’t know much about the technology to be discussed nor about the historical context of the story? Much like the program promoted throughout the podcast, Hunters, this is not worth your time.

This would have been a better podcast without the SJW viewpoint. Any collaboration with Nazis is deplorable, but I’d venture to say the hosts would have joined the Nazi party had they been living in Germany in the 1940s. It’s too bad for them they can’t dig him up and yell at him. These are the...Read full review »

Host is a very poor interviewer. Constantly repeating the historians points.

Not a big history fan, but I am a big Michael Ian Black fan. Super glad I gave this a try, because it’s great. Dr.Laney is mesmerizing. Great distraction during current dystopian nightmare.

So, first I’ll say I’m excited that a podcast was made about this. Frustrated within the first few minutes of episode one...First, they say “concentration camp labor” this was SLAVE labor in which thousands were literally WORKED TO DEATH. Don’t sugar coat that. Secondly... they refer to “German...Read full review »

What I appreciate most in this podcast is the perspective. It’s all about facts, perhaps not so well/well known, and it ends with a burgeoning and relevant perspective on history, technology, and the nuance of complicity. Fascinating and well done.

‘Comedian’ co-host? Shudder. Good sources tho!

This show is fascinating. Great experts, interesting stories, and tons of details about one of America’s greyest historical decisions.

If you know ANYTHING about this topic, this pod is not for you. Extremely glossary, check out American History Tellers version for a more detailed/entertaining telling. Coming from two huge media entities this is very disappointing; there’s literally zero production value (just two people talking).

Good podcast, would be better if the host didn’t keep interrupting the lady constantly

This is a fascinating topic I knew virtually nothing about aside from what is depicted on Hunters the TV show. Definitely recommend listening to educate yourself on an important part of our history.

Lots of good content out there; this one stands out. I enjoyed the first ep thoroughly and am queuing up the next.

I love this subject, but as soon as the hosts decide to try and compare Hitler to Trump, I lose interest.

It took me a lot of effort to locate this podcast on Apple podcasts. The preview on James Adomian’s podcast did not have a link and the search term Paperclip brought up nothing relevant. I finally resorted to searching Michael Ian Black, which led me to another L.A. Weekly podcast that also...Read full review »
