“This is really great - sort of a younger version of Shooting Stars, a comedy quiz format that's likeably rough around the edges and bordering on hysterical at times when things start to get out of hand. As a trio Pappy's are enjoyably impatient with each other as each tries to hijack the show and when guests such as Rufus Hound and Robin Ince (both of who seem to have been to the pub before the performance) get slightly out of control, it's even better. I hope there's a second series very soon. And as another reviewer has noted, the preposterously extended jingle for the 'quick fire round' is such a dementedly silly joke it puts a spring in my step every time I think about it.”Read full review »
