Mostly disappointing
This podcast could have benefited greatly from putting more time between the investigation and the storytelling. There’s not really any twists, actually there aren’t really any. There’s just a lot of annoying bureaucratical failures uncovered, but it surely could have been crafted into a better story by a good deal of editing.

A riveting podcast about a story that is tragic on so many different levels. I applaud the writers and hosts of this show for never forgetting the victims and their families.
