Paradise review
As soon as this podcast was advertised I was intrigued. I spent 3 months travelling Central America in 2000/01 with my girlfriend (now wife) and I was gripped. Strangely, as well as the fear, sadness and mystery surrounding the whole narrative, it also stirred fond memories of an amazing time in our lives. From a selfish point of view I thank you Dan for taking me on a trip down memory lane. Moreover, From a selfless point of view, I can’t help but feel sorrow, despair and anger towards a number of different people highlighted in the series due to ineptitude shown, chances missed and grief felt. I was so happy when the graves were found, yet so sad justice was never served and grieving family have since passed on with no closure. Life does go on and pain comes and goes, or even stays with us. We have choices to make and I think Peta and Chris made many inspiring, life affirming choices in tragically short lives. As the sun rises we must make the most of what lies ahead, good or bad so that when our sun does set the experiences attempted and enjoyed outweigh the regrets. Inspirational journalism from Dan and Stephen-congratulations on a fabulous podcast. Please keep the momentum going for another series and some more answers! Ryan Turnbull

I wrote a review after episode four saying I was hooked but I had to come back after episode nine and say that this is a story that has drawn me in like no other. What an emotional journey this has been. I really don’t want it to end now!
