I'm Soraya, and I started tuning in to Paralegals on Fire! with Ann Pearson in 2022, and have been a dedicated listener ever since. I've always wanted to express how fantastic her podcasts are, but today I finally feel confident enough to do so. Ann, your podcast is inspiring and encouraging, here's why. Back in September 2019, I began my journey as a student in Highline College's Paralegal ABA approved program. amid various life events (including personal family law matters), there were moments when I felt like giving up. As a natural self-motivator, I looked for support by searching for "paralegal podcasts," which led me to Ann's podcast. It not only provided educational content but also helped me stay mentally strong. One specific episode around late 2022 or early 2023, where Ann mentioned writing a 5-year vision, deeply resonated with me. At that time, I was still working on my degree, had just moved, and I am a mother of two young children. However, Paralegals on Fire! with Ann played a significant role in my life, and today, I am proud to have graduated from the Paralegal Program at Highline College with my Associates degree. I'm thrilled to have completed this milestone, and I owe a big thank you to Ann for being a source of knowledge, inspiration, and encouragement.
