I think Dr. Dan has interesting perspectives and information. I think this would be a more engaging podcast if there was less paraphrasing what he says and less layering of personal anecdotes (which doesn’t add value. Also, the personal stories are gender biased. Moms do not do ALL the parenting....Read full review »

As we speak, Patrick Hinds has employees, ex employees, fans, podcasting peers, etc posting diatribes about what a horrible, abusive and toxic person he is. His fans are seeking legal recourse for fraud. All his lies and abusive behavior have been made public. I STRENUOUSLY suggest you do more...Read full review »

Authentic???? Did you do ANY research on Patrick Hinds? He just held obssesed fest 2 and it was a dumpster fire. He’s a scam artist and a fraud. Authentic is the last thing i’d ever say about this man child. He told his best friend and podcast host that he’d believe Gillian(tco host) even is...Read full review »

Wanted to get some parenting advice for my own picky eaters, so listened to the episode on Picky Eaters. Listened to somebody toot his own horn for 15 minutes before food was even mentioned. Then another 15 mins on homelessness and didn’t waste any more time hoping to learn about parenting picky...Read full review »

I just heard my first Dr. Dan podcast after knowing about Dan and the Summit Center for years. I listened to the Barbara Rosenblatt episode on Winnie the Pooh and so much more! I look forward to more stories and ways to connect with other parents and people who care for children and families.

I have been listening for a while now and am always engaged and encouraged with the care and respect you show each topic. The episode on Dyslexia (2.16.23) brought tears to my eyes. What a fantastic & thought-provoking episode. I’ve never thought of having “goals” for parenting and wow, what an interesting re-framing. Something in my brain shifted. Thank you both!

Dr. Dan asks such amazing questions and really gets us thinking hard about parenting and how we want to raise our children. It was a thrill to be a guest and to discuss Atomic Anna with him - to talk about how and why I write strong women characters who excel at math and science.

Your podcast is amazing. My 18 year old daughter was in the car with me and I had just talked to her about being kind to herself. I tried very hard to be open minded and I was unsuccessful. I don’t understand how Dr. Dan can support this behavioural approach while also supporting others he has had on such as dr. Mona Delahooke. I am disappointed that this “expert” suggests that only white parents are capable of producing racist children by not acknowledging race. For this to be true, minority children would have to be genetically made up to possess more empathy and be less judgmental than white children. This is just sad.
